Join Our Team as a Learning and Development Specialist!

Are you eager to make a meaningful impact in the organisation through learning and people development? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our training and talent initiatives and help prepare our workforce for future challenges.

 

The Job

  • Partners with line departments to identify emerging training needs and develops customised learning solutions that align with our organisation’s VMV and business goals
  • Sources, identifies and collaborates with external trainers or vendors to customise training programmes to meet business demands and future proof our human capital
  • Crafts and delivers engaging training programmes that facilitate effective learning, internal communication and upskilling of our workforce
  • Supports and contributes to our talent development initiatives by designing and implementing training scheme, curriculums, programmes to build up talent pipeline
  • Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives through various evaluation methods, analyses metrics and prepares insight reports to showcase the effectiveness and impact 
  • Coordinates the planning and execution of training events, HR projects and initiatives, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and deliver a high-quality experience for participants
  • Manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-Learning platforms
  • Continuously seeks ways to streamline administrative and logistical processes to enhance operational efficiency 

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ post qualification working experience.  Experience in Government or related organizations, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is a plus.
  • Passionate, customer-centric, mature and strong sense of teamwork
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
