The Job

  • To screen & vet applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS),(TOV),(ADD) &WTP in accordance with related policies &manuals and internal guidelines.
  • To co-ordinate with Estate Office colleagues to follow up the submission of (RAS),(TOV),(ADD) &(WTP )documents to CVT.
  • To contact the applicant for outstanding documents.
  • Prepare relevant documents for Oath taking procedure.
  • To assist in preparing data matching exercise for property ownership & daily reports.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Seniors from time to time.

 

The Person

  • Diploma/Degree Holder or F.5 and above with extensive customer services experience preferred
  • Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
