The Job

• Execute communication strategies to support the organisation of various types of events, including but not limited to community and youth engagement activities, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Maintain the daily operation of the HKHS Exhibition Centre. Responsible for housekeeping work, including but not limited to managing the booking system and providing guided tour services.
• Assist with the design and production of publications and promotional materials through basic graphic design, photo retouching and video editing.
• Assist in carrying out community relations duties to foster liaison and communication with local groups and associations.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

The Person

• Degree holder in Communications, Languages, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or community relations.
• Experience in managing communications and public engagement events.
• Knowledge of event management as well as design & production of promotional materials.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Conversant in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design.
• Familiar with Premiere Pro and Photoshop will be a plus.
• Detail-minded and able to work with high efficiency.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and organisational ability.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong multi-tasking skills.
