We are in the course of expanding our retail properties into a diversified portfolio comprising community shopping malls and high street shops.  Anchored in the HKHS’s strategic focus on inter‑generational living, we are seeking passionate talents to grow with us and help shape vibrant, people‑centric destinations for the community across all age groups. 

The Job

  • Develop and lead leasing strategies and plans to optimize tenant mix, occupancy rate and rental income for retail portfolio(s).
  • Oversee end-to-end leasing operations, including tenant sourcing, negotiations, documentation, new letting & tenancy renewal.
  • Conduct strategic market and competitor analysis to inform leasing strategy pricing and positioning.
  • Monitor the performance of leasing and management agents.
  • Collaborate with property management team on monitoring the performance of all tenants and Ensure governance and compliance with policies, documentation standard, and internal control requirements
  • Prepare annual budgets/business planning for leasing revenue and new retail projects.
  • Review monthly reports provide insights on portfolio performance and market trends.
  • Any ah-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably within shopping centres; including 2 years of supervisory experience with proven leasing track records.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network with retail tenants and property agents.
  • Well versed with tenancy agreements and related legal documentation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in PC applications.
